Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich signed legislation Monday that would offer more protection to victims of domestic violence by allowing satellite tracking of those who violate orders of protection.

"This is a way to enforce court orders of protection before it's too late," Blagojevich said.

Thank goodness for a COURT ORDER! Until at some point, the recipient of the Order of Protection decides (s)he really doesn't care if (s)he spends the rest of their life in prison and removes/disables the GPS system and takes out their anger on the victim. Sometimes, people just don't care about anything but revenge.

What would work wonders though - concealed carry. We're just saying.
