Who would have thought it? A Fourth of July fireworks display on the Fourth. That's what Chicago is doing this year. It's a switch from the 35-year tradition of holding the big Independence Day show July 3. And there's more. The city is ditching its one really big pyrotechnic celebration for three displays. They will be "three slightly shorter, but no less grand" displays, promises Veronica Resa, spokeswoman for the Mayor's Office of Special Events.
